I really liked this post. I used to work the night shift and that was a huge change for my body to go through. Even though i was sleeping at a different time of the day my body was registering it as i wasnt getting enough sleep at all. Luckily i did not work that night shift very long and my body recovered. Nice post!

ReplyDeleteThis post has some great information about not getting enough sleep. I like that you explained the extreme things that can happen when you don't get enough sleep. I know that sometimes I don't get enough sleep before I drive and I feel sleepy when I drive a long time to go home. It scares me sometimes because I know I'm not paying enough attention.
